It is the aim of our program to support a rich, rewarding lifestyle through the study of the martial arts. The benefits that accompany such a life-long pursuit enable people to lead healthy, fulfilling lives, to manage everyday stress and encourage self-discovery through the art.

Many martial arts programs don't give enough attention to physical fitness. Many fitness programs don't offer the long-term satisfaction of martial arts. That's why we designed the FIST Kickboxing Program to provide a perfect balance between physical fitness and martial arts.

The FIST Kickboxing Program includes martial arts techniques, strength training and cardio-respiratory conditioning in every class. We practice techniques on pads as combinations or drills to provide a fantastic cardio/muscular endurance workout that is as fun and addictive as it is beneficial. We use compound body-weight exercises and stretching to develop optimal strength-to-body-weight and strength-to-flexibility ratios to better control body movement through space. We devote part of each class to building core strength for functional stability and to increase speed and power.
